![]() There are tons of good scenarios-some of which could take hours to finish, like slowly and VERY carefully maneuvering a gigantic container ship out of a harbor-keeping within the speed regulations and following all the other nautical rules. The missions are also completely fun to play over and over again. To me, I could pick up this game at any time, play it and have a good time. I agree, the price is a bit steep for a game that came out several years ago, but it's worth it for the content (if you are into these sort of games as well). Pity steam didn't also have it in the sale. Is there anywhere you can get 2008 CE cheaper? Seems a bit steep buying an old 2008 game at full price. I have a decent gaming laptop, and every time I play in my favorite location (Antarctica), the FPS works perfectly fine for about 5 minutes, then drops immensely rendering the game unplayable. The graphics are a small improvement over ShipSim2008, with maybe just a bit more emphasis put on the ships themselves, and even more on the water effects.
